Now the ground station concept and piggy back economical usage of fiber optics network can be realized; older cable operators can get 10,000 channels from satellite ground stations. Telco can use piggyback cable operators instead of doing last mile to duplicate networks.

Even mobil and GPS can be piggy backed into reality sooner than we can finance new installations.
