Maybe you haven't noticed, but Bush seems to have finally figured out that Clinton was RIGHT in how he dealt with N. Korea.

During Clinton Al Queada was just a couple thousand extremist Jihadists, but under Bush, they've become an International Organization with MILLIONS of potential members.
