Share issuance completed International Properties Group Ltd IPX Shares issued 29,912,896 Oct 1 close $1.82 Wed 1 Oct 97 News Release Mr Phillip Carroll reports The company has completed the purchase and sale of an additional 825,000 shares at $1.85, for gross proceeds of $1,526,250 pursuant to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option granted by IPG to C.M. Oliver in connection with the recently completed offering of 14,800,000 shares of IPG. It is expected that the balance of the over-allotment option granted to C.M. Oliver will be exercised in full.
