"On the server for a small 100 employee job shop (machining metal), the server has... blah...blah...blah..."

Since abstract logical arguments do not fly for you, I will construct for you a practical case from your own example, see the above quote. Now, suppose that a Barcelona-based server got better SPECrate scores at your stretch, and the owner of your shop went ahead and bought it, 4 cores 1 chip server. However, since individual Core-2 workstations outperform AMD offerings by 30-50% (peak or not peak, whatever), all employees got core-2s desktops. Now, please estimate how much revenue each of CPU suppliers get from this sale.

Thank you,

- Ali
