how does the bishop or cardinal accept Kerry, or kennedy into church on sunday and give them communion?

kerry, I don't know, as the may have asked for forgiveness for his sin...kennedy is a little clearer, as I feel Paul addresses that issue in the first epistle to the church at Corinth. Seems that unless and until he repents of his wickedness, he should be turned over to satan and tossed out of the church.
