"If you trace then Middle Eastern Arabs blood line, you will find that they are most probably Israelites. It is not exclusive to Jews."

Many claim to be descendants of Ismael (Israel's brother) which makes their DNA the same as most people who descended from Israel. Many Israeli Jews have converted to Islam over the centuries, especially while Mohammad was alive and during his early teaching which was all about faith and made no distinctions in practice. So, the likelihood that the blood line at least for many middle easterners is indestinguishable as you suggest, makes sense. He taught the importance of being a good neighbor and there are stories describing his being a good neighbor to the guy next door, who was a devout Jew.
