So we have this truly, and I mean truly, paranoid regime in North Korea. Our President accuses them of being part of an "axis of evil" with two other nations that (from all accounts) they had little or no dealings with AT THE TIME. Then we accuse this paranoid nation of creating a uranium enrichment program it now may turn out they did not have...making these paranoid fruitcakes react by tossing out the inspectors and ratcheting up the plutonium program beyond the (still dangerous and bad) levels it was running at?

So they build a dozen MORE nukes than they would have, enter discussions they DID NOT have with the other members of the "axis of evil" and begin to feel genuinely endangered because the US is claiming things they weren't doing and which only serves to make them MORE paranoid and more dangerous?? Feeling more endangered, they even test a weapon...

And when the inspectors do go in and don't find any uranium enrichment progarm (and probably can verify that NK is just too poor to do more than what they have scraped together so far.....) it will look how??
