Mish, I pulled up that XJY monthly chart, and the patterns in the indicators suggest a very strong probability of a 12-15 month move up to 99, with 97.5 the bare minimum. stockcharts.com One e-wave read would be that of an a-b-c-d-e triangle that would be followed by a drop to maybe 85 a year later, then a 4-year rise to test the 123 highs.
