No it doesn't. It merely points out that Radical Islamicists attempt to justify their extreme conduct based on the wrongs committed by others. It is a corruption and wrong for them to do that. Like your momma once told you, two wrongs don't make a right. That is only one aspect of many that helps to explain the current circumstance. I don't know why you concluded what you did from that point 5, I certainly don't make that conclusion, nor was it my intention to imply that anyone else should make that conclusion.

Maybe you were just looking at it from an extreme perspective.
