I can see how these two guys may have set some crap into motion as you suggest, but I am hesitant to conclude that is a complete explanation of all the trouble we're seeing. There is no doubt that Jews and Muslims have had decent relations periodically and right now is one of the worst in history. I can see how unraveling the incideous seeds of discord that were sewn in the past could be useful in helping find some avenues to reparation. However, unlike you, I've given up on it until we can drag out a believable Messiah or something. Sorry, I know it really gets you down, and I wish I could get excited about a peace plan, I really do.
