I don't know that I suggested a peace plan. But if we do not see the basis of the problems, and the basis of things like the attack on Muslims in bosnia are rooted in the actions of Muslims themselves, then Islam will not come to see that the basis of many of islams problems lie with the leadership of islam itself, and that only when Muslims realise and begin to control Islam, and it's radicals will the world not be worrying and considering killing Muslims. Muslims need to want peace before the path to peace can begin, and it has to start in the grassroots of Islam.
And just as the grassroots of Catholicism are 50 years ahead of it's leadership, so the educated and the rational within Islam have to begin to condemn the radicals who preach an end to the rights of others and the imposition of Islamic Ideals on those who are not part of Islam.
