Correct. Bob Dole received a Purple Heart for a minor cut on his arm. Kerry still has shrapnel in his thigh 40 years later. And shrapnel, even small pieces can kill it it hits an artery.

Besides, lying rightwing enemies of vets like you have attacked Silver Star hero Max Cleland for getting three limbs blown off, so why should we care what you think of minor battle wounds? Not a single Bushie leader has ever even served in combat, and it shows in Iraq where a chimpanzee would have made a better Commander in Chief. You're all obese selfish cowards and fat-assed hypocrites and if you think you care about our military so much, why aren't you concerned that Bush has been shafting the wounded vets at Walter Reed? And why haven't you enlisted?
