a board member from microsoft is not always good news. citrix (CTXS) had a microsoft board memeber on it, and microsoft almost killed them. it took incredible negotiations on citrix's part to remain a viable company. perhaps microsoft just wants to keep close tabs on what they are doing. do not underestimate the dark side! i'm long on INDV and i'm hoping the microsoft board member is there for all the right reasons!
