You Canucks are just going to have to learn how to deal with the problem of being rich. Do I have to put a "<g>" after that? Just don't let your government take money out of retired citizens' pensions and hand it out to vagrants so they can shoot up dope in Vancouver alleyways, though I suppose that might help stop them from mugging elderly or naive cruise ship tourists. But it's OK to hand out as much money as you want to those nice folks in PEI or in small towns in Quebec.
