It's good to see some interest in this yet to be discovered story. This company has a great deal of potential. Strong management with lots of real estate experience and excelent properties. They have a business plan and so far they have been carrying it out to the letter. Boardwalk is an excellent analogy and there is no reason why IPX shouldn't be as sucessful. Real estate is back in the fore-front after years in the doghouse. This stock should be one to hold and a steal at 1.81 if you can get it (the recent financing was done at 1.85) Bob
