It was tongue-in-cheek.

Tell Lisa I said howdy. Just sent a P-Mail to someone about the 5-iron, never thanked you for it. I have to wait to properly try it out. There is a par three across the street and I hope by the end of the week the snow will be gone and I can take a bucket over and give it a shakedown.

The weather hit right after I received it, and so I never hit more than three or four shots in anger.

The stock market antics did not bedevil me; I lost perhaps 2 to 3 percent of assets. The Commodity turndown took a big bite out of me though. Virtually all of February's winnings in one week. Gave me a chance to nibble at Corn & Wheat though. Although I'm uncomfortable thus far with Corn. I'm out of Gold, been out of Silver and had to re-establish a position in Soybeans.

I really wasn't thinking. I took a new position in the Yen and it never occurred to me that a surging Yen will drop the price of Gold in Asia. Couple that with Asian Margin calls and whammo, there goes some support for Gold.

I'm confident I'll get it back but the annoying thing is I'll have to work. That means in increase in trading costs as well. I hate when trading costs increase; it's an indication of overtrading.
