I think this whole thing about who has nukes and why we can't trust them since they are murderous and crazy etc. (presumably not as civilized as the west) and therefore can't be trusted is misleading.. As far as we know there is only one country who actually used it in last 60 years.. a very civilized and democratic one at that..
