It is a pretty dramatic slowing, considering they have the Billion Dollar Man to keep bringing in subscribers. CHURN kills... Another day passed by today and yet another 4644 subscribers deactivated their service @ XM. 4644 subscribers that cost a half a million dollars to acquire. In Q1. Almost half a million "subscribers" (not counting those OEM Promo subscribes) will deactivate their service. Today, XM had to spend another ~half a million dollars to acquire another 4644 subscribes to make up for the deactivations that left today. Tomorrow, they willl spend yet another ~half a million dollars to acquire new subscribes to replace the ones that will leave tomorrow. The popsicles continue to melt! PCSTEL
