Do you really think it is harder for an Iranian to cross into Turkey than for a Mexican to cross into the USA? A. Yes. the US border patrol returns illegals to Mexico unharmed. Considering the state of Turkish Kurdistan (it's a war-torn mess; Michael Yon reported from there recently), I am pretty sure that Turks shoot Kurds coming over the border illegally if they catch them. This is a war that doesn't get reported much in the US. I don't know about Dubai. B. The Iranians recently hanged someone for helping smuggle Jews out of Iran, so it does happen.
