reminds me of ome of my banking jobs as a juior lending officer, we would have to go to these weekly branch meetings, and at the time we had a tremendous problem with wire transfers. Our customers would instruct us to wire money and it would not get to the other bank. The customer would complain and we would take down the information on a special investigation form and send it to the the wire transfer area, and it would take several days to get the matter resolved. At one of the meetings a branch officer suggested that we devise a form such that the top copy would be a money transfer form and the bottom copy would be an investigation form, and that we send both forms at the same time. I thought it was a good idea but management wasn't pleased.
