40% for nothing (and their chicks for free).

IF you challenge ANYONE with ANY connection to WEX to step up to the plate (for them) and advocate.........

You get NOTHING......... except low dilution comments and 40% for nothing (and their chicks for free).

WHICH (if you think about it) is GREAT. WOULD have been great......

THAT could ALMOST have been a NO BRAINER.....

EXCEPT we have TWO companies here being led by their respective management teams in OPPOSITE directions..............

ONE has survived it's previous management debacle, and moved on to attain things at Ashdown beyond our wildest dreams WITHOUT over promising anything to anyone.

THE OTHER, unless it is able to pull off a change in management and adopt a less intrusive method of sitting there, shutting up and a coloring, is going DOWN(one way or another). ALL they had to do was NOTHING.........

I doubt there will be a WEX in a year or two, OR IF they survive, BET they don't have Ashdown anymore. THEY in fact have become a distinct liability to the Ashdown project and the shareholders of BOTH companies. I expect a feasiblity study has probably already been undertaken to examine how much it will cost the company to REMOVE this boil from ourass.

I remember mentioning something along this line to the company when our helpful friends @ WEX removed the tailings meant to tune the mill (setting Ashdown production back by almost a year). I was surprised to NOT get a negative reply towards this end.........more laughter.

SO.......... feasible??????? WHO KNOWs.........
CONSIDERED POSSIBILIY??????? imho yep.

REALLY .....

Isn't time for WEX to GET OVER the fact that they've really blown it as far as increased $$$$ from Ashdown?

THEY are NOT going to get any futhur increases to THEIR piece of the pie (pct wise) , AND even if a mediator is liberal minded and feels SORRY for WEX, WEX is going to lose SOMTHING in the end there.
Say 4.75%....... one time good deal...... with a retroactive increase of their loss to 9.5% IF they can't find the money again (next time).
WITH the ADDITIONAL punishment in accordance with the Llc agreement.

WEX needs to understand they they are being held to account here...NO MORE MISSED payments.

IN THE END the ONLY way WEX makes more money is to STF out of our way, pay the money they owe on time, and let us ramp up production so their pct although locked in @ 40 pct or lower is based on a larger amount of capital, and THEREFORE a LARGER amount.
