The difference is that Clinton's overall performance DEFIED his critics

And he was so effective against AQ that we had no trouble at all with them until he left office. Bet you think AQ only started plotting 9/11 the day George Bush took office.

And boy, wasn't his Mideast Peace Plan a big winner.
