My friends who served in Iraq told me Halliburton is no friend of the US military. rawstory.com Basically this is about making the US military a for-profit enterprise, like Medicare paying full prices for prescription drugs. And it also means the GOP rightwing is only allowing partisans on their side to get contracts, regardless of qualifications. FEMA after Katrina was more glaering evidence that privatization deeply dfamaged our government's ability to work efficiently, and is highway robbery by corporate special interests.
