Protexia for AD?

An SEC filing by Healthcare Acquisition Corp, which is acquiring the private biotech company, PharmAthene, says that the nerve-gas antidote, Protexia, will be tested in Alzheimer’s disease.

Does anyone have an opinion on why Protexia should/should not work in AD?
