Good but not great article on the US as a hedge fund. Asks the question, why does the US earn 400 bias points more on external investment than foreign investors earn in the US ? The article touches on the main answer, taxes, then moves away... If you buy the massive tax dodge thesis, you then may want to question the actual investment numbers...which means the situation is not a dire as it seems. atimes.com
