The weak month is always next month, then it will be May. -g-
BK ain't gonna happen until both the dollar and the longer term
treasuries move much lower together. The reason is manipulation
of these markets through futures by the Fed, and it's not going
to stop until the paper they issue (dollars) is completely
worthless. Large market drops like we've seen on 2/27 will
always trigger response from the Fed. BK won't happen until
the Fed response no longer works. I tend to think the Fed
response will come no matter what, and the net result of that
will likely be a complete destruction of the dollar. There
are two ways out of this mess:

1) Severe depression
2) Hyperinflation, then severe depression.

I think the Bernanke Fed will always print liquidity into
derivative markets, which means they will never have liquidity
crunch! Whenever they do, short term, more liquidity will
be added.
