March Forecast Update for Atlantic Hurricane Activity in 2007 tsr.mssl.ucl.ac.uk TSR has raised their forcast from 15.7 named storms to 16.7 named storms and from 8.7 to 9.4 hurricanes in this forecast over last month's forecast. Also they've raised the probability that the 2007 season will be above average from 79% to 86%. The count down to hurricane season continues. timeanddate.com
