Sparky,

Decided to take my profits today @ 21 5/8. If FSII can come up
with a copper deposition tool like SMTL, I will be back.
I think the copper deposition technology could be mean re-new
demand for new equipments.

For now, I decided to play with "out of the money" options with the profit. God help me<G>.
