It doesn't happen because of any specific browser version. It's there because you probably bookmarked ordersx.datek.com and the software doesn't know how you got there when you first enter. As to really annoying stuff, how about "check your messages!" that shows up after every order entry and doesn't go away until you finally go to "Messages" page. I know I just entered an order, no need to remind me.
