It's time all Americans including rightwingers stood up and demanded an end to the evil hate-filled lies of pundits like Ann Coulter. It's nothing but XXX-rated political porn, it's tinged with fascist sentiments and it really has no place in any honest discussion of the issues, no matter how testy the debate gets.

There are a lot of US soldiers dying now because the far rightwing media figures were allowed to get away with these types of lies and smears.

In case you missed it, Coulter called straight happily married family man John Edwards a "faggot" at the largest conservative convention of the year. Many in the audience cheered. The absurdity of such a charge aside, even if Edwards were gay, which he's not, that kind of language has no place in our public forum.
