I have not heard of Gamera, but the features and the price generate
a healthy amount of scepticism in me. The economics of such a device
do not strike me as plausible. There are fixed costs of development,
manufacturing, clinical tests, sales force, etc. which are substantial and the low costs cited would not seem to cover them at first blush.
