Wataire Industries Announces Management Restructuring Plan

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- (Business Wire)

The Board of Directors of Wataire Industries Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTAF) has approved a major corporate restructuring, effective immediately. The Company has successfully completed both the development and field testing of its safe drinking water products now found in over 30 countries. In 2007, Wataire Industries intends to aggressively exploit world wide sales opportunities through its exclusive world wide distribution agreement with Wataire International. At the same time, the Company is embarking on a major research and development program to explore commercial applications for its promising turbine, wind and solar power technologies.

President Max Weissengruber will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer concentrating on long term business strategies, organizational development and corporate financing. Vice President and Director Nand Shankar will have important responsibilities for product quality control, shipping, warranty and customer service management as well as website development and overall corporate communications.

Ron Moodie, Corporate Secretary and Director, will focus on corporate government policies and practices, internal information systems and provide his expertise in manufacturing matters. Director Mark Miziolek will concentrate on financing matters and financial reporting systems. The Company will benefit from the broad business backgrounds of these three directors who provide significant assistance and advice to management and company employees.

Founding President and CEO Phil Fraser has decided to relinquish his operational responsibilities in order to provide his technical and sales experience to Wataire International (OTCBB:WTAR) who have embarked on an aggressive global marketing and sales campaign for Wataire Industries products. Mr. Fraser will also be exploring additional technology opportunities for Wataire Industries which is now defining itself as a technology driven company.

With its current Home/Office and commercial sized products field tested and installed in many locations around the world, Wataire Industries is poised on a significant market breakthrough in 2007. An affordable Desktop model is being readied for production while applications for turbine, wind and solar energy technologies are now being developed. Wataire Industries intends to maintain an industry leading role not only for safe drinking water products but for a range of commercially viable, environmentally friendly products.
