Quit comparing WWII and Bush-Cheney's misadventures. They keep trying to compare themselves, and turn the Saddam and insurgents into Hitler, but it doesn't compute at all. Besides, if FDR had been Bush, the Nazis would run the planet now. Bush is a terribly incompetent commander in chief with no apparent understanding of how the world works. He obsesses on war but has no skill at running one. 19 hijackers attacked us, led by a few extremist Arabs in Afghanistan, some of whom are related to friends of GW Bush and his family. That's the bottomline. Yet Bush has set the entire Middle East on fire out of supposed revenge for 9-11 and dragged his party and our troops with him. It has been extremely costly and self-defeating, has helped all our enemies greatly, and at its core it's based on a big fat bunch of corrupt lies. I still say it's just an oil grab. Which means the real price of gas for us is about $15 a gallon. It's like hunting rats in a swamp with a bulldozer. It's just stupid. Vietnam II.
