Give the idea a chance Kumar! It's MAD brought up to date for the new world order, where many smaller powers have smaller nuke arsenals. We need to strike a deal with Putin that we'll both test our nuke arsenals on any country that uses nukes prior to being attacked by nukes.

That would pit about 20k nukes against much smaller, more primitive arsenals.
