One must wonder what these opponents would have us do. Well, the answer to that is quite clear actually. They want to treat terrorists like American civilians This statement sums up the problem with the guilty as charged presumption of Guatanamo's inmates. The guy is accused of being a terrorist. No one is definitely a terrorist until proven to be a terrorist.
