Well....truth and perceptions are different for all people. What isn't different is mutual respect when you've been decent to people. I think I'm an ok person and I think I'm worthy of being treated decently. I can be a smart ass and I love to make people laugh but at the end of the day all I really want is for people to be decent to me. Even if we disagree it can be done in a civil manner. I don't agree with my mom & dad all the time. I'm 41 and I'm my own person. That said - even when I don't agree with them I honor them because they're owed that much.
