I just ran across your board. I have been writing puts for a couple of months without many people to talk about them.

The textbooks talk about only selling if you wouldn't mind owning the stock. I don't think I agree with that ... I would modify it to only sell puts on stocks that you like!

A couple of questions if you please:

Where do you trade?

Any comments on limit vs. market orders?

I usually like to buy back when the option gets cheap ... 10 - 20 cents, but I know I am giving up some of my hard earned profit.

I see you seem to like the biotechs, (that's where the vol is?). I have had some good success with the oils, brokerage (NYX, and I did some GS today). I did poorly on SEPR in the past. Any other general places to look?
