Ironically, as digital cameras are getting smaller in
size, they offer more room--or at least potential--for
storing pictures. That's because internal flash-memory
storage is rapidly yielding to removable flash-memory
cards for removing, upgrading, swapping, and storing
a series of little electronic photo albums. Some
cameras use full-size PC Cards to do this, but many
of the newer models use matchbook-size
CompactFlash or mini cards.
