If I were Bush I would yet this very afternoon pardon him and tell the world that this is the biggest legal crock of shit I've ever seen and I'm not going to allow some guy to go to jail over some clowns witch hunt. And I would likely use words very similar to that. I would also point out when a very real law was broken by Sandy Burglar there was nothing done and I'm sure as hell not allowing someone to go to jail because of a difference in memory being judged by a jury looking for someone to convict. Like my approval rating is going any lower?
