Scooter Libby has ample grounds for appeal. The jurors appeared to not understand what the trial was a bout. The juror giving an interview after the verdict was announced asking why Vice President Cheney was not on trial is enough to prove his unsuitability for service.

Libby wins on appeal when a judge hears it. Who restores his reputation after partisan leftwingers have trashed it?
