Re the President firing ADA's: The right of the President to fire his appointees, including ones who went through the Senate approval process, is settled law and has been for over a century. The USSC settled it. And I don't know how it is in Educationland, but out here in the real Real World, following orders IS part of job performance. Whether you like it or not.
