Libby didn't do anything without Cheney's OK. Libby was Cheney's righthand. It's like blaming your right hand for picking your nose, it's absurd to try and separate the two. Plus, Libby already testified that he got orders from above to do what he did. And there is ample evidence Cheney was at the center of all the falsifying of WMD evidence and covering up any contradictory evidence. Cheney made several trips to the CIA where he pressured analysts to find evidence which backed the WMD argument. This was unprecedented and a gross abuse of power.

Also, if you've been following the trial, Fitzgerald has been zeroing in mnore and more on Cheney. He would have loved to have gotten Cheney under oath. We'd have instant perjury.

Cheney is guilty as sin. If you can't see that you're blinded by the rightwing propaganda.
