You seem unclear on the concept of "cause" and "effect." Let me spell it out to you: "cause" ccmes first, then "effect."


Same as Israelis declaring that a multi-cultural, multi-religious region is now a "Jewish homeland" is the cause, and the subsequent hostility from non-Jews in the region is the effect.
