Yes, I still have this thread bookmarked. Most of the posters of old have flown the coop, I do believe. Most of the very few who still hang here post under different aliases now. No surprise there. <g>
I never did finish writing the book. By this late date and in view of the technological advances over the ensuing years, I think the subject matter would lend itself only to historical perspective. Probably not very interesting, and there are lots of those types of books languishing on the bookstore bargain tables.
I still remember that screamingly funny webpage you put up. That was a keeper!
Oh, I almost forgot. Just so you know, I was never invested in this <whatever> in any way. The more I watched and read and listened . . . well, you know.
