Bush will pardon him before he turns out the lights and that's that. Not sure I agree with your conclusion. Each republican candidate will be quizzed as to if they agree with a pardon. Libby lied to protect Cheney, don't you think Bush is furious over this? If he isn't he sure as heck should be. He has said that anyone found to be involved will be dealt with - how can he then pardon Libby? Listening to Imus this morning as he talked with both Russert and Mathews, I felt this story might be around for a while.
