Rink, ....Reserving parts for Dell effectively makes them unsellable until Dell gives a sign that they won't need as many after all. ... If a contract was structured as above, wouldn't Dell pay a cancellation penalty? A company in France had a dust up with AMD a few years ago over cancellation penalties. edit, flash
