But, since their board of directors is also incompetent they have not fired the executives of MMG." and "As a minimum these people should resign: Merlin Bingham President and Chairman of the Board of Directors" The company exists because Merlin, a top-notch geologist, figured out the controls on mineralization, and in a very efficient manner, proved up the reserves at this property. He created value! I do not know any of the other guys, but the summary of their resumes looks impressive. Maybe it would make more sense for them to hire someone with expertise in the area where they appear to be weak (financing) rather than purging (and destroying) the whole company.
