He's a career prosecutor, not a political appointee. He did the job he was hired to do. Fact is, Libby committed perjury and shouldn't have. C'est la vie. My point was on judges. Blocking the avalanche of socialist judges is one of the reasons to elect a repub president, IMO. It's one of the things Bush has done that I applaud.
