Still no LACC revenues. 1Q07 filing due out mid-April, don't expect to see any in that report either. Might have some KSI revs since that closed before end of February, but it won't be much. Going forward, we should see $1.4M - $1.5M of KSI revenue per quarter if management's revenue projections for '07 are correct:

"We anticipate that the operations of KSI Machine and Engineering will bring to the consolidated balance sheet of AmeriChip annual revenues of approximately $5,800,000 based on revenues generated in 2006."
