Well with just Turkey, Pakistan, India, Malaysia and Bangladesh I think you're looking at about ~300 million out of 1 billion worldwide Muslims who disagree with your assessment that Islam must be a monarchy. So, I'm going to vote with the numbers and say you're wrong.
